It’s definantly one of my favorite nights at camp because kids and counselors alike always get pumped up.Įach tribe has a Chief and Chieftess for the session and they are the leaders of the tribe. They also choose a word for their tribe and then use that word in chants and cheers and also in short speeches that get kids fired up about tribal competition and get them fired up about Jesus. For tribal initiation, the four leaders get painted head to toe in their tribe’s color.
